Jitwam stands, as always, as a rare connective tissue between club rhythms and spiritual introspection. All part of his lived experience, the project draws equal parts from classic soul, Indian cinema, lounge jazz, and Detroit house, a music community he holds a profound affinity for. “I've always been fascinated by Detroit's fearlessness when it comes to music... with no regard for genre and "identity politics".

Producer, artist, multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist Jitwam’s new track “ALL IN ft. Rimarkable,” the first single from a new EP and three-part trilogy studio project.

Shaped by over a decade of moving through London, NYC, and Australia, Jitwam’s soulful music has always resisted borders. The new tracks trace emotional clarity and groove through the producer’s ever-fluid, genre-resistant lens.

“ALL IN” features the effortless vocals of Detroit-born, NY-based, multi-faceted producer, vocalist and tastemaker Rimarkable. As an internationally travelled artist, her work folds decades of cultural and personal influence into genre-fluid sets and productions that are both spiritual and floor-focused. Her vast catalogue includes the much-loved vocal collaboration on Honey Dijon’s 2022 single DRAMA.

The Indian-born creative has long been known for nomadically fusing psychedelic soul, jazz, and house into spiritually charged records. Since his debut “TJD001” in 2013, Jitwam quickly gained respect from tastemakers like Gilles Peterson and Moodymann, who included the EP’s “Keepyourbusinesstoyourself” in the now iconic DJ-Kicks compilation; a move that sparked international attention and set Jitwam on a global trajectory.

With a creative process that is both intentional and intuitive, he released his self-titled debut album, ज़ितम सिहँ, in 2017. This was followed by several EPs on his own imprint, The Jazz Diaries, and full-length albums Honeycomb (2019) and Third (2022). With over 100 million streams to date, Honeycomb remains a defining release in Jitwam’s catalogue.

“ALL IN”, mixed by Pearson Sound and mastered by Joker, is unquestionably the sound of Jitwam stepping forward as an elegant producer with intent, a mood-setter, rooted in classic house groove and built for the movement of the global underground musical communities he is now so deeply tapped into. Physical, emotional, and unmistakably human, the forthcoming ALLIN EP is a bold reintroduction to the raw, soul-rooted sound that first brought him global acclaim, fusing raw lead synth lines, signature vocals, and a soulful dissonance.

Jitwam stands, as always, as a rare connective tissue between club rhythms and spiritual introspection. All part of his lived experience, the project draws equal parts from classic soul, Indian cinema, lounge jazz, and Detroit house, a music community he holds a profound affinity for.

“I’ve always been fascinated by Detroit’s fearlessness when it comes to music… with no regard for genre and “identity politics”.

His latest work continues to be influenced by his diverse upbringing yet displays a mature artist leaning into a more intimate approach. He crafts tracks as mantras and messages to self, soaked in global sounds and instinct. “ALLIN” is a meditation on self-worth, built from blown-out vocals and a broken house rhythm by roaming his own cultural terrain through deeper improvisation. The result is music that feels lived-in but never overworked.

Feeding on the versatility of Jitwam’s career, it surprisingly doesn’t belong to any one scene or place, and crucially isn’t trying to.

“I want people to be reminded of themselves in my music,” he says. “To lose themselves, and then come back.”

The trilogy will roll out across the second half of 2025, with features on the first EP, including Rimarkable, Nikki Nair and P-rallel on remix duties. This marks a new phase of output for the celebrated producer, surrounded in a globally transient quality and ultimately shaped by his years spent moving between cities, sounds, and new perspectives.

Doing what Jitwam does best: refusing the binary between club track and head-modder, between spiritual and street-level. There’s a deliberate looseness to “ALL IN” – low-slung rhythm, distorted vocals; it’s music that leans back but still hits hard.
