Research has shown that people working in the music industry are more prone to mental health problems, the discussion aims to explore how we individually and collectively can support good mental health practises to help sustain a happy, healthy working life.
Analysis and further insight will come from Ari Peralta (Neuroscientist and founder of Arigami), Chloé Abrahams (Agent at Higher Ground & Mental Health First Aider) and Rosana Corbacho (Psychologist and founder of M.I.
